New construction

Same room, three stages — slide through our workflow

On new builds we install on the bare subfloor, then cover every inch of the finished floor with protective paper — so it stays scratch-free through the rest of construction, all the way to the builder's final handover.

Stage 1 — bare subfloor in a new build great room

Stage 2 — gray maple LVP installed

Stage 3 — finished floor covered with protective paper
